HomeRally Terms of Service

Status: Private pilot working draft. Review with a qualified attorney before public launch, paid plans, app-store distribution, or use outside invited pilot families.
What HomeRally Is
HomeRally is a family organization app for household tasks, rewards, schedules, kitchen planning, groceries, pantry/inventory tracking, recipes, and optional tutoring. It is currently being tested with invited families.
Who May Use HomeRally
HomeRally is intended for parents or legal guardians to manage a household and invite members of that household. Children may use HomeRally only with permission and supervision from their parent or legal guardian.
Pilot Use Only
During the private pilot, HomeRally may contain bugs, incomplete workflows, or inaccurate suggestions. Do not enter sensitive financial, medical, legal, school-login, government-ID, or highly private information.
Accounts, PINs, And Household Codes
You are responsible for keeping household codes and PINs private, choosing PINs that are not easy to guess, and removing access for anyone who should no longer use the household.
Child Data And Parent Consent
Parents decide whether to enter child information such as names, ages, grades, chores, rewards, tutor progress, and schedule items. By adding a child or allowing a child to use HomeRally, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have authority to provide consent.
AI Features
AI-assisted Tutor, recipe, pantry, grocery, summary, and workflow features may be incomplete, incorrect, repetitive, biased, or inappropriate for a specific family. Parents are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
Kitchen, Food, And Allergy Safety
Parents are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food safety, expiration dates, cooking temperatures, and dietary suitability. HomeRally is not the final authority for food safety, nutrition, allergies, diabetes, or medical diet management.
Tutor And Learning Features
Tutor features support practice and parent review. They are not guaranteed to match a school's curriculum, grading standards, accommodations, or academic requirements.
Acceptable Use
Do not use HomeRally to access another household's data, bypass permission controls, attack or overload the app, upload content you do not have permission to use, or use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Feedback
If you submit feedback during the pilot, you allow HomeRally to use that feedback to improve the product. Feedback does not transfer ownership of your family data.
Ownership
HomeRally and its software, design, branding, workflows, and documentation are owned by the HomeRally creator unless otherwise stated. You own the household content you enter, subject to the rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve HomeRally.
Data Export And Deletion
Parents may request export or deletion of household data. During the local pilot, this may be handled by the household host or pilot administrator.
Disclaimers And Liability
HomeRally is provided "as is" during the private pilot. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for every family. Liability language should be reviewed by counsel before public launch.

During the private pilot, contact the HomeRally pilot administrator who invited you. Before public launch, replace this with the official company name, support email, privacy contact, and any required child privacy contact information.
